Do I need an account to browse?
Yes — browsing the library is public, but opening a paper, buying it or downloading it requires a signed-in account. This also keeps purchased materials linked to you.
Can I see papers from other universities?
Yes. Materials are organised primarily around your own university, but cross-university resources (general revision notes, common course material) are visible to everyone.
What happens after I pay?
Per-material purchases are added to your personal library instantly. Reading passes start when you activate them, not when you pay, so you don't lose time.
How much do contributors earn?
By default 60% of each sale. The exact split is set by the platform administrator and may vary by material type.
How do withdrawals work?
Request a payout from your earnings page, verify with a 6-digit OTP sent to your phone and email, and M-Pesa B2C transfers the amount. Minimum and maximum limits apply.
What if a paper I need isn't there?
Post a request describing the paper, course unit and year. Other contributors can fulfil it, and you can optionally attach a reward.
Are my payment details safe?
We never store your card or M-Pesa PIN. All payments are processed by Paystack or Safaricom M-Pesa directly.
